So Floaty, So Feminine

Ever so floaty and ever so smooth and oh so feminine… Chiffon rules, definitely! And its appeal is even more abvious when it is hanging so fetchingly on the feminine form as a Kaftan, boubou or just a long, no frill, no fuss gown. And how else can you tell that chiffon is the now look, but by how confidently our women step out in theirs. It doesn’t matter how you wear yours, what matters is how you carry it off.

From Day to Night

How much can you really expect one little suit to do? Now that would depend on the suit. The most versatile suit to wear ‘from day to night’ is the classic suit, which you can dress up with a simple change of accessories. For that night look, just pump up your hair and make-up!

* Swap your black work shoe for a sparkly or metallic colour sexy high hell.

* Remove that office jacket and office shirt and wear a tank or camisole with your office pants or skirt. For more coverage, add a shawl.

* Exchange those studs for something big and dangly with a lot of shine.

* Exchange that large carry-all affice bag with a shiny clutch in a mouth-watering colour of the moment.

* The skirt is the only item retained from your work wear.

* Add a short of long pearl necklace around your neck.

Some Excersise Right There in Your Office

* Taking that document to the next room by yourself rather than sending the office assistant. Most of us sit almost all day at our desks, alittle blood flow that aids circulation goes a long way.

* Going to the third floor? Take the stairs! I know that the elevator takes you there faster, but burning some calories while going up or coming down the stairs is worth it.

* Cut down on all those meat pies, fried foods and oily foods at work. Try some salad, vegetables with fruit drinks, and fresh fruits instead.

* Walk around, and stretch your feet at least every hour.

Reduce body aches by adopting good postures while working at your desks, lifting heavy boxes or standing on a queue.
