Selecting Shoes Comfort and Style

When thinking about women's shoes most people might immediately think of high-heeled shoes or shoes that are comfortable.

Jacqueline Sutera, podiatrik physician, surgeon and spokesman for the American Podiatric Medical Association, provide any information that can be searched from a pair of shoes to maximize style and comfort and minimize pain and damage to the feet.

Silk reveals there are three main things to expect in the shoe. Namely, the support, cushioning and able to withstand shocks. He recommended a shoe with extra cushion in the heel and the front of the shoe, and no cork heel (cork) whenever possible.

# Of high-heeled shoes
High heels (heels) makes her seem tall and slim. However Silk advised not often wear high heels. "You should avoid high heels with more than three inches," he said. Although there are exceptions for special occasions, Silk said there should be a height limitation the right shoes for everyday use.

The right shoe on top of 7 cm to make a weight-bearing foot seven times heavier than 3 cm heels. Silk recommends that seek shoes with closed toes to avoid destroying the toes and heel as well as help distribute your weight more evenly.

# Wedges
Shoes of this type according to the Silk Road is a slice of comfort without sacrificing style. Wedges allows the weight is distributed more evenly across the surface of the shoe. However, wedges are not fit for everyone. "If a bad or a sprained ankle, you should avoid wedge shoes, because it can create balance problems."

# Platforms
Newfangled traditional platform shoes have benefits and drawbacks, namely ketipisannya. Your weight is distributed more evenly, but you also can give balance to the body when wearing it for a long time.

Closed platform in front of the shoe as popularized by Christian Louboutin according to one of the best silk. "If a high platform at the front, you can compensate by reducing the height of the heel at the back," said Sutera revealed. If using a 12 cm-heeled platform shoes, she was advised not to run because the same effect with heels.

# Flat
Although flat shoes can be a good alternative after using high heels, flat shoes are not all created equal. "If the shoes are too flat, it gives rise to problems and create the arch on your heels, because women's shoes of this type has no bearing so that the legs do not get enough support," Silk warned.

According to him, flat shoes that can be bent, rotated and placed in the bag was not a good shoe. Should look for shoes with more arch and backed with rubber soles that help absorb shock to the feet.

Flat shoes are very comfortable to wear around for a long time. He recommended a comfortable flat with hard rubber soles, and thick pads and strong to support the feet while doing the activity.

Is Your Work Wardrobe so Conservative and Boring?

Your work wardrobe is so conservative and boring. How can you perk it up?

Add elements that are new and surprising – but not short-lived and trendy, so they last several seasons. Instead of putting the expected – a white shirt – under a navy pinstriped pantsuit, try a shiny satin-finish shirt in tangerine, pale green, or golden yellow.

Break up a suit: Substitute a lilac sweater set for the businesslike blazer that came with pleated trousers – or wear the blazer with slim-cut khakis. Slip a cashmere tee under a straitlaced vest. Accessories energize youe image too. Belt sedate trousers with a red or green snakeskin or patent leather belt instead of black or brown; replace equestrian scarves with striped, dotted, or animal-print neckerchiefs and oblongs. Drop big jewelry and switch to small, sentimental pieces, or none at all.
