The guidelines:
WIDE, ROUND FACE

Best: BoatV necks, scoop necks, unbuttoned collars. If your neck is short: jewel necks or mock turtlenecks.
Worst: Turtlenecks (especially if you have a double chin) and scarves tied tightly around the neck.
